BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby declared a moratorium on rezonings and building permits in an area of Highland Park until August 1, 1996, so as to allow the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission time to perform a study, which area is more particularly described as follows: HIGHLAND PARK ZONING STUDY LEGAL DESCRIPTION All properties located within a boundary defined by McCallie Avenue to the north, Willow Street to the east, Main Street to the south, and Holtzclaw Avenue to the west.
